We accept returns for most products within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- 1.2. Non-Returnable Items:

- 1.3. Return Process:
Contact our Customer Support team at support@nivartha.com or raise a return request on "my Orders" tab to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return label (if applicable).
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and other materials that came with it.
Ship the package using the provided return label or a trackable shipping method. Please ensure to retain the tracking information.
Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund.
2. Refunds

If the return is due to a defect or error on our part (Seller), you will be eligible for a full refund, including the original shipping charges.
If the return is due to a change of mind, you will be eligible for a refund of the product's purchase price, excluding any shipping charges. Return shipping costs may also be deducted from the refund amount, depending on the circumstances.
